Bibliophile South Asia has a small in-house academic press (Promilla & Co., Publishers) known for high editorial and production standards. Click here to browse the list of publications so far published by Promilla & Co. BSA is interested in publishing well-written and authentic manuscripts. Subjects of interest to BSA are: Women's Studies, Human Rights, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Politics/Current Affairs, Futuristic Studies, Diaspora, Religion & Philosophy, Music, Gandhiana, and Sindhology. BSA provides intensive editorial support throughout the publication process to achieve international publishing standards.

Bibliophile South Asia has also a Print Production Unit to undertake high quality print production and binding jobs for universities and academic institutions who are interested in contracting out print production jobs right from the manuscript stage till the final product including labeling and dispatch. Typesetting, formatting, designing, editing, proofreading, printing, binding, etc., are done by highly qualified and experienced professionals.

Bibliophile South Asia is headed by Ashok Butani who retired in 2002 as Chief, Acquisitions (South Asia) of the Library of Congress Office, New Delhi. He laid down his office after a long stint with LC for over 33 years. At the Library of Congress, he also looked after the acquisition of over 40 research libraries in the United States under the South Asia Cooperative Acquisitions Program (SACAP). Before joining LC, Mr. Butani worked with the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER) for about 10 years as a Copy Editor and in-charge for production of their research reports. His long distinguished career has made him a well known name in the academic and publishing world.

Kuldip Nayar
Kuldip Nayar was born on 14th August 1923 at Sialkot. He is renowned journalist, author and human rights activist of India. He was appointed High Commissioner to Great Britain in 1990 and nominated to the Rajya Sabha in 1997. Since 1985 Nayar has written a syndicated column that runs in 80 publications in 14 languages, both overseas and at home, including some of India's most influential newspapers and magazines.
